Avocado Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients
• 2 cups yogurt, milk, coconut water,
or liquid of your choice
• 1⁄2 to 1 whole avocado, chopped
• 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
• 1-2 tablespoons raw honey
Directions
Use blender to mix all ingredients
until smooth, about 30 seconds
