Nutrition consulting This is where we really dive into your daily life and figure out what type of diet is going to be best for you. We will ask you a number of questions to better understand your goals and what you want to accomplish so we can tailor a nutrition program that’s right for you. These consultations we will cover such things as what to eat before and after a workout and what foods to completely avoid. We also use these consultations to check up on you to ensure you are making progress towards your goals and to set new bench marks.
